About the gallery 100 Kubik:

100 kubik is the only exhibition room in Germany which is dedicated to promote Spanish and Latin american art. It is located in the city center near the Cathedral in Cologne.

The gallery 100 Kubik aims to provide an access to Spanish and Latin american art for the audience and German market, after realizing the presence of Spanish and Latin american artists in Germany clearly insufficient and not that common, compared to other nations.

The gallery 100 Kubik presents and supports Spanish and Latin american artists of all genres: painting, sculpture, photography, video art etc. We present yearly 6-8 exhibitions and also other samples in collaboration with Spanish and German institutions and other exhibition spaces. So far, we have worked with the Ministry of Culture in Spain and with the Cervantes Institutes in Germany.

The gallery 100 Kubik establishes connections with museums and other institutions in Germany and Spain to present curatorial projects that may be of interest to be on exhibited in the mentioned places. We also advice on Spanish and Latin american art, different collectors that request it, looking for the best artists, that might fit into their concepts to complete their collections. The gallery 100 Kubik is responsible for carrying forward the exhibition space and working directly with artists.

Besides we cooperate closely with the Non-Profit Organization “Spanisches Kunst-Archiv in Deutschland“, which aims to support the increase of the Spanish art presence and music in Germany, as well as to build an archive and video library for art. The Organization supports as well as 100 Kubik the annually biennial call to select Spanish artists and, within its possibilities, editing material for the diffusion  of their work at your disposal.

In case of interest in the „Spanisches Kunst-Archiv in Deutschland“or any donations we will be glad to be at your disposal.
